PURPOSE: A separation apparatus of a steel cord for a tire and rubber is provided to reduce the environment contamination and to be able to remarkably reduce the cost by enabling the recycle. CONSTITUTION: A separation apparatus of a steel cord for a tire and rubber is an apparatus for separating rubber and the steel cord from a scrap of steel cord raw material. The separation apparatus of a steel cord for a tire and rubber comprises an MC solution storage tank (110) in which MC solution is filled at a fixed level; a scrap accommodation chamber (120) which has the scrap inside, elevates by an up/down withdrawal means (130), and is inserted and withdrawn into the MC solution storage tank to settle the scrap in the MC solution; and an ultrasonic generator (140) which is installed on the side and the bottom of the MC solution storage tank and applies the ultrasound to the MC solution.
