PURPOSE: An alteration prevention device for applications and a verification device thereof are provided to detect applications which are intentionally altered. CONSTITUTION: A generation unit (103) produces a forensic code. An insertion unit (105) inserts the forensic code into an application code, which is inputted by a developer, using a reversible algorithm. The reversible algorithm is capable of obtaining an original application code when the forensic code is removed from the application code into which the forensic code is inserted. The forensic code is used to determine whether the application code is altered or not.
