<p>PURPOSE: A heat exchanger element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a plate member element, form a borehole on the plate member element, fill the borehole with a polymer for recovering latent heat, and harden the polymer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger element is as follows. A plate member (2) having the edge (4) in which wrinkles (3) are formed is manufactured. A borehole having a pre-set dimension is formed on the plate member. The borehole is filled with a polymer having a latent heat energy recovery function. The filled polymer is hardened.</p> |
