A bearing pre-load structure for a swing gear box of heavy construction machinery is provided to shorten an assembling process by installing a collar and a separation prevention cover to the outside of a bearing quickly, and to keep pre-load regularly by supporting a bearing with a collar. A bearing pre-load structure for a swing gear box of heavy construction machinery installed to a swing gear box to keep a bearing with the fixed pre-load comprises a swing gear box housing(14) equipped with a bearing to support axial load occurring on the inside of the swing gear box, a gear shaft installed to the inside of the swing gear box housing to make rotary contact with the bearing and equipped with a groove retreated in a radial direction, and a pre-load device installed to the outside of the bearing to pressurize one side of the bearing and equipped with a separation prevention cover(17) inserted from the outside of the gear shaft and a collar installed to make one side adhered closely to an outer ring(10b) of the bearing to support the bearing with pre-load. |
