摘要 PURPOSE: A voice region detection method using a phase-shifted noise signal and a device thereof are provided to perform phase shifts for a noise estimated from inputted voice data and accurately detect a voice region and a mute region in a noise environment based on phase-shifted noise signals and a processing result of the voice data. CONSTITUTION: A voice region detection device converts inputted voice data into a frequency domain signal and estimates a noise from the converted voice data (S220,S230). The device performs I number of phase shifts for the estimated noise and individually converts I number of generated noise signals having different phases into a time domain signal (S240,S250). The device obtains I number of combined signals by processing the converted noise signals and voice data and determines a voice section and a mute section in the voice data by using the combined signals (S260,S270).
