The present invention relates to a seedling material consisting of mulberry vitroplantules colonized with endomycorrhizae of the vesicular-arbuscular type for at least 15% of the root biomass preserving the genetic characteristics of the parental forms while exhibiting higher bioproductive parameters and physiologic tolerance in lead-contaminated soils. The invention also relates to a process for preparing seedling material consisting in in-vitro multiplication of nodal explants resulting from stimulated sprouts of dormant shoots, using the culture medium MS, the multiplication hormones BAP and KIN, the rooting hormone IBA, after which the vitroplantules are inoculated with raw inoculum resulting from the root biomass of maize or onion plants or with commercial biofertilizers, the colonization being controlled and the colonized vitroplantules being selected from the replication field.
|
