PURPOSE: A light source for plant cultivation and cultivating equipment for the plant using the same is provided to offer a remarkably increased light quantity compare to an existing LED light source. CONSTITUTION: A white light emitting diode array comprises more than 1 or 2 of LED. A reflector is connected to one side of a LED array and controls a quantity of light irradiated in an object plant for cultivation by concentrating a light coming from the LED array. A light source device (202) is combined in a main body (201), and the quantity of light irradiated by concentrating a light coming from the reflector is more than 200 μmolm^-2s^-1 base on the point in which a vertical distance from the LED light source is 1 m. A radiator (203) is connected to one side of the LED array and emitting a heat generated from the LED array. A fan (205) ejects an air of the inner part of the main body to the outside, and provides outside ventilation to the object plant for cultivation. The radiator is formed with heat spreading path capable of flowing of the air.
