PURPOSE: A Helicobacter pylori suppressing composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a food composition using the same are provided to give effective prevention and treatment of gastritis, gastric ulcer, and duodenal ulcer due to antibacterial activity about Helicobacter pylori. CONSTITUTION: A Helicobacter pylori suppressing composition includes berry fruit of 10 through 90 weight%, broccoli sprout of 1 through 50 weight%, and green tea catechin of 1 through 50 weight%. Berry fruit, broccoli sprout, and green tea catechin are mixed to the weight ratio of 1-10:1-2:0.2-4. A manufacturing method of Helicobacter pylori suppressing composition is to mix berry fruit of 10 through 90 weight%, broccoli sprout of 1 through 50 weight%, and green tea catechin of 1 through 50 weight%. A food composition contains the above mentioned Helicobacter pylori suppressing composition.
