PURPOSE: A hot and cold water supply device using a heat transfer convergence technology is provided to change the temperature of water flowing from the outside to a target temperature and discharge the water having the changed temperature to the outside using heat transfer fluid and a thermoelement. CONSTITUTION: A hot and cold water supply device using a heat transfer convergence technology comprises cases (110,210), thermoelement housings, heat transfer fluid storage tanks (120,220), and rotary heat amplifying pipes. Thermoelements (150,250) for supplying a cooling or heating source are loaded in the thermoelement housings. The heat transfer fluid storage tanks form sealed spaces in the cases and change the temperature of heat transfer fluid (124,224). The rotary heat amplifying pipes are formed inside of the heat transfer fluid storage tanks and change the temperature of water flowing from the outside to a target temperature. The heat transfer fluid receives the heating source from the thermoelements and transfers heat to the rotary heat amplifying pipes.
