PURPOSE: A copyright protection apparatus of the spatial information and a method thereof are provided to apply the digital rights management (DRM) and the watermark, at the same time, in order to protect the copyright of the spatial information through the space-time access control for each user, thereby performing the multi-phase spatial information distribution, processing or editing.
