PURPOSE: An aggregate medium access control protocol data unit (A-MPDU) transmitting method in a wireless local area network is provided to satisfy diverse quality of service (QoS) of traffic and improve transmission performance in case delay sensitive traffic and performance sensitive traffic occur at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An aggregation control block (ACB) sets a maximum value of an aggregated packet counter (APC) based on a traffic transmission situation of an access category (AC) (S410). The ACB sets a size threshold (ST) in consideration of QoS of multiple packets (S420). The AC gathers multiple packets and generates an A-MPDU (S430).
