<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing a nanoimmunosorbent silicon dioxide-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-glutaraldehyde-bovine serum albumin-3,6-dichloro-methoxybenzoic acid to be used in the ELISA technique for dosing the 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid by treating the SiOnanoparticles with 10% HNOsolution, with incubation with the silicone derivative at 70°C, activation of nanoparticles isolated and washed with 0.1% glutaraldehyde, suspension of nanoparticles isolated and washed in phosphate buffer, admixing of the separately obtained immunogenic conjugate bovine serum albumin-3,5-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid while stirring for 2 hours, after which the immunosorbent as nanoparticles is separated by centrifugation, followed by washing with phosphate buffer and a second centrifugation.</p> |
