摘要 PURPOSE: An improved flux method for tin and tin alloys is provided to prevent the formation of tin oxide and hydroxide, acid etching, and the formation of wood grain. CONSTITUTION: An improved flux method for tin and tin alloys is as follows: a step of supplying a conductive substrate containing the tin or the tin alloys; a step of applying the 0.5-10 ml/m^2 of flux composition containing one or more organic compounds with one or more sulphonic groups, 0. 1-20 g/L of salt or anhydride thereof, and 0.1-10 g/L of one or more mineral acids to the tin or the tin alloys; and a step of homogenizing the flux composition on the tin or the tin alloys.
