PURPOSE: A nuclear power plant containment vessel emergency steam exhaust cooling device is provided to prevent an explosion accident by installing a secondary containment vessel distantly. CONSTITUTION: A vapor discharging device (50) is distantly disposed from a nuclear power plant containment vessel. A cooling device (60) is distantly disposed from the nuclear power plant containment vessel. A secondary containment vessel (30) comprises the vapor discharging device and the cooling device. The secondary containment vessel accommodates the vapor of the containment vessel. The secondary containment vessel cools the inside of the containment vessel.
