PURPOSE: A hose connection apparatus manufacturing device for minimizing the fraction defective of a product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to firmly insert an insert plate into a hose connection apparatus and secure the firm engaging force of a reverse hanging sill, thereby improving the reliability of a product. CONSTITUTION: An insert plate position measurement unit(200) measures whether the insert plate position of a supplied metal plate matches with the injection position of a predetermined hose connection apparatus. According to the result of measurement information, a control unit(300) transmits the position correction and the injection command signal of the hose connection apparatus injection unit(400). A position control unit(500) corrects the position of the hose connection apparatus injection unit. The hose connection apparatus injection part performs the injection molding of the hose connection apparatus. |
