PURPOSE: A color pellet manufacturing method using livestock excrement which has air purification and water quality improvement functions is provided to produce livestock fuel for generating biomass energy using saw dust and the livestock excrement, and to exclude sulfur or organic chlorine compounds. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of color pellet using livestock excrement which has air purification and water quality improvement functions comprises the following steps. The livestock excrement inside a livestock excrement storage is stirred(S110). Air in the livestock excrement storage is purified by removing phosphorous and nitrogen which are included in a mixture of livestock excrement, lime stone, and zeolite(S120). The livestock excrement and waste water are separated by inserting the livestock excrement into a filter(S130), Attached substances and contaminants of the livestock excrement are removed(S140). The water quality is gradually improved by adding sulfated aluminum and caustic soda into the waste water generated from the livestock excrement. The livestock excrement in which the attached substances are removed is dehydrated(S150). The dehydrated livestock excrement is dried using far infrared rays(S160). One or more of saw dust, rice husks, carbons, or waste wooden powder are mixed(S170). The mixture is naturally dried(S180). Adhesives and dye are mixed with the dried mixture, and pellets are molded by compression after milling and agitating.
