PURPOSE: A HILS apparatus capable of motion control is provided to enable the test process with reliability through an accurate steering angle input, by controlling a computer using a motor without a human controlling a handle. CONSTITUTION: A HILS apparatus capable of motion control comprises a steering input unit (100) and a control unit (300). The steering input comprises a motion motor (110). The motion motor rotates a steering axis (210) which is equipped in a steering unit (200). The control unit supplies a control signal for controlling the motion motor. The control unit is a computer which includes an input means (310) and a display means (320). The computer generates the motion motor control signal by using the test contents input of a test driver by the input means. The computer controls the rotation of the motion motor by supplying the motion motor control signal to the motion motor.
