摘要 PURPOSE: An evaluation system of production influence rate of welding distortion and a method thereof is provided to easily evaluate how seriously production influence rate of welding distortion matters from the qualitative cost aspect. CONSTITUTION: A boundary condition calculation module (150) calculates a boundary condition for interpreting welding distortion according to a request for boundary condition calculation. The boundary condition calculation module delivers the calculated boundary condition to a boundary condition mapping module. A welding distortion analysis module (160) performs welding distortion interpretation using a finite element model. A post-processing module (170) processes a distortion analysis result of the welding distortion analysis module. The post-processing module outputs the processed information as data evaluating the production influence rate of the welding distortion.
