PURPOSE: A shading weatherboard and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce strength by reinforcing a bent area without any joint. CONSTITUTION: A shading weatherboard is molded by extrusion or injection molding, and composed of a fixing unit (11) and a weatherboard. The weather board is formed to have a bent unit (12a) which is extended toward one side of the fixing unit; and has an inclination which gradually becomes lower toward the front end, and a thickness which gradually becomes thinner toward the front end; and bent downwardly. The fixing unit is composed of a packing (2) which includes wedge-shaped bumps on the side corresponding to a wall of the fixing unit The surface of the weatherboard is coated with a flame retarding material after the weather board is molded with a synthetic resin. |
