PURPOSE: A drain positioned near the surface of water is provided to reduce sound pressure of a drain, to constantly maintain the surface of water, and to effectively remove floating matter. CONSTITUTION: A drain positioned near the surface of water comprises a drain pipe(110) extended along side wall of a bath by specific height, and a drain hole(120) formed to be penetrated through one end of the drain pipe, for water flowing and draining water. The drain water locates nearby the surface of water, constantly maintains the surface of water, and can reduce sound pressure at draining water. |
