PURPOSE: An attaching and detaching device of a rotational smartphone case is provided to easily attach and detach one of a storage doll and a smartphone grip band to/from the smartphone case. CONSTITUTION: An attaching and detaching rotation device is attached to a smartphone case (2) which protects and supports a smartphone. The smartphone case is easily detached through the coupling of a coupling device to which one of a storage doll and a smartphone grip band is attached. The smartphone case is freely rotational. The storage doll easily receives peripheral devices and small articles of the smartphone.
