FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention discloses new human tumour-associated antibody and fragments thereof able to recognize the tumour-associated antigen NY-ESO-1, containing CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 sequenced in a certain way in a variable region of a heavy chain and a variable region of a light chain as presented in the description, or containing CDR2 and CDR3 differing by one, two or three amino acids from the respective sequences. There are described polynucleotide coding a variable area of a immunoglobulin chain of the antibody, a vector for polynucleotide transfer and/or expression, and a host cell for producing the antibody or binding fragment thereof.
