The movable cylinders butts, shearing muscular tissue towards the knee-joint, are designed in the form of a plane perpendicular to the movable cylinders axis. The cutting element fixation in the base plug is performed without the cutting element tightening in the radial direction with a bolt through the hole in the cutting element with the bolt thrusting against the plug.
