FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers of loose materials and may be used at mixed fodder production lines. Proposed mixer consists of bin mounted on the frame, loading and unloading pipes, shutter, combination auger, engine and reduction gear. Combination auger consists of shaft with rods furnished with elements of ribbon coil and ribbon auger with OD making D, mean diameter making 3/4D and ID making 2/5D. Pitches of ribbon augers differ and are selected with due allowance for equal transfer of material by every auger in its direction while pitch of outer ribbon auger makes L, that of central auger makes 4/3L and that of inner auger makes 2.5L.EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing, lower specific power consumption, no stagnant zones.1 dwg |
