FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture buildings and structures includes erection of pillars, manufacturing of slabs and installation of stressed reinforcement. After installation of forms, core drivers are installed for the slab onto the form with an open hatch on top. In the lower part the core drivers have four ledges for fixation of the protective concrete layer. On each side at two or four sides the core drivers have cantilevers from round pipes. Then ends of cantilever pipes of adjacent core drivers are connected by bands. Afterwards core drivers are loaded with a counterweight via hatches, and the slab is concreted via gaps between core drivers. After setting of concrete, counterweights are removed, and utilities are installed into the produced cavities in the slab. In those places in the rooms, where it is planned to install equipment in process of layout transformation, utilities are equipped with valves, plugs, gates and joints. Afterwards rectangular cavities in the slab are closed with covers-hatches and floor elements on top. After concrete reaches 70-100% of design strength, reinforcement is tightened.EFFECT: quickness of layout change.3 dwg |
