FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device comprises first container with article holder and manifold with jet-forming elements arranged on each side thereof, pipeline to feed etching solution into manifold from second container arranged under first one. Guides with article holder are arranged on first container center opposite walls for holder to reciprocate and to rotate the article about its center. Every said manifold has etching solution and air feed radial channels inclined at angle ? from manifold center to outer edges. Jet-forming elements composed of nozzles with outlet diameter d and arranged concentric about manifold center are located under every jet-forming channel. Note here that manifold channel width equals 10d while inclination angle ? is selected on condition that 3° ? ? ? 5°. Note that manifolds are secured at first container wall so that nozzle of one manifold stay in symmetry about nozzles of the other manifold while distance L between said nozzles in horizontal makes 80d ?
