FIELD: test equipment.SUBSTANCE: test is performed at two stages; at that, at the first stage of leakage test using a bubble chamber, a drain tube, a standard capacity, gas temperature and pressure sensors in that capacity, a bubble counter and a calculator there determined is weight of gas in one bubble, and then, at the second stage, after test gas is supplied to the tested product by means of timers, setting device of the number of bubbles and comparison units there determined is weight value of a leak of the tested product. Occurrence of gas bubbles is determined as per the change of ohmic resistance of an electric circuit, which is caused by gas bubble passage between two electrodes.EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determination of low gas leaks of tested products.1 dwg |
