FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotorcraft, namely, to VTOL aircraft. Converter plane comprises fuselage 1, tail plane 2 and twin verticals 3, wing 5, two opposed engines 4 mounted inside fuselage above passenger cabin. Propellers 6, 7 arranged with wing tips 5 feature variable pitch and opposite rotation. Engines 4 are engaged with propellers 6, 7 via transmission 8 with common shaft 9 that doubles as timing shaft. Propellers shafts turn in planes parallel with converter plane mirror plane.
