PURPOSE: A bicycle saddle column with a locking device is provided to secure stability and convenience and to improve credibility of the locking device as the locking device is strong enough to impact and breakage unlike a potable locking device which has less durability. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle saddle column with a locking device comprises a locking device (3) with an insertion unit which has vacant center to make a saddle column (1) and an extension frame (2) pass through; and a shoulder unit formed inside. The saddle column and the extension frame have a groove (5) to be combined with the locking device; are inserted into the inner center; and are interlocked and fixed with the grooves of the saddle column and the extension frame.
