DYNAMIC ELECTROLYSIS STABILISER

There is disclosed a system aiming at the automatic and dynamic stabilization of the water electrolysis process via regulation of the operational power of the chemical process, independently from the electrolyte content, the water quantity and the condition of the feeding system. The control of the electrolysis is obtained upon calculation of the product of the voltage and the hydrogen generator's operational intensity regulated upon modification of the voltage via PVVM waveform. The advantage of the system is the dynamic stabilization of the power value throughout electrolysis what leads to the hydrogen production control in systems where requirements are changing all through the operation for optimal hydrogen production at each instantaneous requirement of the system. Furthermore, thesystem and the hydrogen generator's temperature are monitored in such a way that -when the temperature reaches a predefined value- the production gets restricted or cut off until return of the temperature to the desired levels. Finally, for smooth hydrogen flow and suppression of hydrogen or oxygen entrapment points, there is a small-sized flow pump regulated on the basis of its size and the intensity value where the system is stabilised.
