PURPOSE: A device and a method for connecting a pipe are provided to connect a connecting device connected with a flexible pipe to an outdoor pipe without a warping of a sealing structure by limiting to be pressurized by a rotation of a first connecting member by arranging a sealing member between a second connecting member and a fixing threshold. CONSTITUTION: A device for connecting pipes (100) comprises a flexible pipe (110), a first connecting member (120), a second connecting member (130), and a sealing member (140). The first connecting member is connected to the flexible pipe to rotate relatively. The second connecting member comprises a first screw part (131), and a second screw part (133). The first screw part and the first connecting member are formed to rotate together when the first connecting member rotates in a state of connecting. The sealing member is arranged between the second connecting member and a fixing threshold (111) in order to limit to be pressurized by a rotation of the first connecting member.
