This modular assembly comprises elementary modules (1) each having: -connection ports (23); -an intermediate conduit between two connection ports (23); and -two planar external surfaces (28), each having a connection port (23) and a seal groove (30) surrounding the connection port (23). The separate elementary modules (21) can be aligned in such a way as to connect the connection ports (23). The modular assembly further comprises, for a connection port (23): -a seal (31.2) housed in a seal groove (30); -a tip (32) with a flange (33) covering the seal (31.2), the tubular passage (35) having a cross section similar to the intermediate conduit; and -a collar (36) engaging with the planar external surface (28), when the flange (33) is compressed between the collar (36) and the planar external surface (28).
