PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of paper assistant for hanger is provided to shorten manufacturing procedure by transferring parts needed to be cut in u-shaped one by one into press machine. CONSTITUTION: A manufactured device comprises of assisting paper for hanger which prevents pants from streaming down by mounting paper between widths of hanger The manufactured device of paper assistance for hanger includes: main body (10) in which paper disk (P1) of flat type is loaded paper feeding roller (11) for transferring paper disk from this main body one by one, press machine (12) which includes push plate (21) where paper disk is pressurized and u-shaped paper assistance (P2) of sheet is molded and die (22), discharge roller (13) which takes out paper assistance sheet from press machine, coating roller (14) for coating bottom surface of these paper assistances with adhesiveness pool in process where paper assistance of sheet is transferred. It lastly includes a step where paper assistance falls down and into receipt box (15). |
