PURPOSE: A concentrating and filtering device for an anaerobic digestion process, a system for the same, and an operating method of the device are provided to improve an efficiency of energy and filtration while reducing an amount of scales. CONSTITUTION: A concentrating and filtering method includes the steps of: injecting raw water into a main body (120) through an inlet (101); sucking the raw water into a filtering membrane pipe (110) embedded in the main body; filtering the raw water; supplying non-sucked raw water through an outlet (103); and supplying treated water through a treated water supplying hole in connection with the filtering membrane pipe. The injecting step includes a step of generating a turbulence by inversely injecting raw water to the supplied direction of the raw water through a submerged pipe (102) which is in connection with the inlet.
