PURPOSE: A device for molding a built-in slate fin is provided to mold the slate fin in a desired shape without deformation of a thin plate by arraying a molding unit which is installed on an upper molding roll and a lower molding roll of a banding molding unit in the same line. CONSTITUTION: A device for molding a built-in slate fin comprises a banding molding unit, one or more banding and slotting molding units. The banding molding unit comprises an upper molding roll(10) and a lower molding roll(20). A molding unit(16) which is formed in each unit cutter(14) of the upper molding roll, and a molding unit(26) which is formed in each unit cutter(24) of the lower molding roll are arranged in the same line. |
