<p>The turbine has fuel injection units and water injection units formed in a combustion chamber. A control unit controls the fuel injection units, such that the quantity of the fuel present in the combustion chamber during water injection is either greater than the predetermined value in order to maintain the combustion flame in the chamber, or less than the predetermined value to maintain the speed of rotation of rotor lower than the predetermined maximum speed.
