A cyclic olefin-based resin film is provided to ensure excellent property by comprising Si-filler to cyclic olefin-based addition polymer. A cyclic olefin-based resin film comprises a cyclic olefin-based addition polymer containing a cyclic olefin-based monomer, and silicon-based filler represented by the chemical formula 1: (R^30SiO_1.5)x(R^31SiO_1.5)y. In the chemical formula 1, x and y are an integer of 4-10; R^30 and R^31 are independently at least one selected from the group consisting of C1-C18 linear or branched alkyl group, C2-C18 linear or branched alkenyl group, C2-C18 linear or branched alkynyl group, C4-C8 linear or branched cycloalkyl group, C1-C40 aryl group or heteroaryl group, C1-C18 alkoxy group, C2-C18 alkenyl oxy group, C2-C18 alkynyl oxy group and C1-C8 alkylamine group. |
