PURPOSE: An emergency state notifying method is provided to notify an emergency situation in a proper time and to take a necessary action. CONSTITUTION: An emergency state event is sensed(601). The emergency state event includes a hot key input event according to key input of a user from a shock sensor. Emergency state information is extracted according to the emergency state event(603). Emergency state location information is detected according to the emergency state event generation(605). An emergency state message is generated based on the emergency state information(607). The emergency state message is transmitted to a control server through a mobile network(609).
