PURPOSE: An improved doctor blade unit, an ink supply system and method using the same, and a pattern printing device are provided to supplement a solvent evaporated from the ink remaining on the doctor blade or the ink supplied to a gravure roll from an ink supply nozzle, thereby maintaining the content of the solvent in the supplied ink. CONSTITUTION: A doctor blade unit comprises a doctor blade(232), a holder, and a solvent spraying device(235). The doctor blade is in contact with a gravure roll(210), thereby forming patterns. The holder supports the doctor blade. The solvent spraying device is supplied on the top of the doctor blade and sprays a solvent on the patterns of the gravure roll or of the ink(214) remained on the doctor blade. |
