PURPOSE: A molded material equipped with metal foil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance product quality by metal foil and to facilitate manufacturing of molded products. CONSTITUTION: A molded material equipped with metal foil comprises a metal foil(120) in which a plastic resin layer(110) is combined with the exterior of the plastic resin layer. A manufacturing method of the molded product equipped with the metal foil comprises the following steps: fixing thin film metal foil on the front side of an operation side mold(210) of an injection mold(200); placing the metal foil between both molds by spotting the operated mold to a fixed mold(220); injecting plastic resin into both molds under the low pressure; primary molding the metal foil by using injection force of the plastic resin; combining the plastic resin with the metal foil by compressing the mold by mold clamping force; and restoring the operational mold back to the initial position and taking out molded body. |
