摘要

The method involves illuminating a sample (ES) of fluid with a beam of coherent light, and acquiring a time series of images of a speckle pattern generated by interaction between the sample of the fluid and the spatially coherent light beam. The time series of images are processed. A processing step of the time series of images is performed by calculating a function representative of variation in the speckle pattern between two or more images of the series, and by analyzing temporal evolution of the function. An independent claim is also included for a device for characterizing coagulation or sedimentation dynamics of fluid.
