PURPOSE: An anodized aluminum and a manufacturing method thereof which includes an aluminum heat radiation layer are provided to improve adhesive force of a circuit layer which processing an adhesive groove and locating it on an alumina layer. CONSTITUTION: One or more adhesive grooves (15) are formed on the surface of an aluminum heat radiation layer. An alumina layer (20) is corresponded to the shape of the adhesive groove. The alumina layer is formed along the inner side of the adhesive groove. The alumina layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum heat radiation layer. A circuit layer (30) is formed on the outer side of the alumina layer.
