PURPOSE: A rotation bending fatigue testing device obtaining a constant load center is provided to regularly maintain a load center of a load cell by varying the length of a steel bar and to efficiently reduce preparation time for adjusting a position of a load cell and mounting a specimen rod. CONSTITUTION: A rotation bending fatigue testing device comprise a specimen fixing unit(100), a pair of vertical support stands(200), a horizontal support stand(300), and a load provider(400). The specimen fixing unit grips both end portion of the specimen rod and rotates the specimen rod at a constant rotation speed by receiving power from outside and adjusts a horizontal space depending on the length of the specimen rod. The vertical support stands are connected to the lower part of a pair of the specimen fixing units. The horizontal support stand is connected to the lower part of the pair of vertical support stands. The load provider is installed in the horizontal support stand so that a horizontal space is regulated. The load provider vertically moves a load center of a load cell depending on the horizontal space regulation, thereby maintaining the constant load center. |
