PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a flat display panel is provided to rapidly and accurately separate a substrate by successively separating one side, the center, and the other side of the substrate from a flexible film. CONSTITUTION: A substrate separating unit (110) successively separates one side, the center, and the other side of a substrate from a flexible film. The substrate separating unit includes an absorbing unit (111), a first driving unit (112), and a tilting unit. The absorbing unit is absorbed on one side of the upper side of the substrate. The first driving unit raises the absorbing unit absorbed on the substrate. The tilting unit tilts the absorbing unit.
