PURPOSE: A lifted frying machine is provided to prevent cookers from being scalded by hot oil because a frying basket is automatically lifted up and down from/to an oil tank after a preset cooking time. CONSTITUTION: A lifted frying machine comprises a lifting device. The lifting device is installed in a main body (100) and lifts up and down a frying basket (300) from/to an oil tub (200). The lifting device comprises a first stopper, a lifting plate (440), a holding unit (480), left and right guide rods (470), and left and right stoppers. The lifting plate moves with the first stopper in a single body. The holding unit is protruded to the outside of the body to hold the frying basket. The left and right guide rods guide the moving path of the lifting plate. The left and right stoppers minimize shaking due to the movement of the lifting plate. One or more guide rails for guiding the moving path of the holding unit are formed in one side of the body. The holding unit moves on the guide rails according to the forward and backward rotation of a screw (420). The lifting plate is coupled to the outer circumference of the left and right stoppers to move with the left and right stoppers in a single body. |
