The device has a steel frame (6) for allowing passage of a vehicle in a right direction (8) of a road, and preventing the passage of other vehicles in a wrong direction (9) by puncturing the tires of the other vehicles with steel spikes (4). The spikes toggle into openings (7) placed in the steel frame, so as to prevent puncturing of the tires of the vehicle passing in the right direction of the road. The spikes are welded to a shaft (1) equipped with a steel arm (2) that is connected to a counterweight (3).
