The cap has a pair of connection assemblies (30) connected to a ring (20) in a pivoting manner. The assemblies diametrically correspond to each other and are connected to a cover structure (40). A sleeve (50) is engaged on the ring in a longitudinal and sliding manner, and the structure is connected to the sleeve such that the structure selectively opens/closes the sleeve when the sleeve is moved back and forth with respect to the ring. The structure and the sleeve are used as the cap when the structure closes the sleeve, and as a sunshade when the structure is opened.
