MULTI-BEAM LINKING DEVICE

A multi-beam linking device is provided with a phase shifter, a superposition unit, an observation unit, and a phase controller. The phase shifter generates a plurality of shifted laser lights by shifting the phases of each of a plurality of laser lights. The superposition unit generates a plurality of superpositioned laser lights by superpositioning each of a plurality of shifted laser lights with a reference light. The observation unit generates interference pattern information pertaining to a spatial interference pattern which appears when each of the superpositioned laser lights is observed. On the basis of the interference pattern information obtained for each superpositioned laser light, the phase controller controls the phase shift by the phase shifter through feedback, and sets the plurality of shifted laser lights to a desired state.
