METHOD OF PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF PRODUCTS

A method of plastic deformation of products with a longitudinal elongated axis consists in deformation by shaped dies with an offset of a blank on a local area. Deformation of the blank with offset is performed along the axis of symmetry of the cross section of blank in sequence along its length up to obtaining a shaped blank with two depressions. The blank is turned around longitudinal axis preferably by 90° and is deformed with offset along entire length of the blank to produce a shaped blank with four depressions. Thereafter, the blank is turned preferably by 45° and reduced to required shape by flat dies.
