The hose clamp has an outer ring having an inner opening and an inner ring (3) with an inner opening (8) eccentric to an external periphery. An eccentric groove is provided inside an inner opening of the outer ring, in which the inner ring is partially embedded. The outer ring is rotatable relative to the inner ring. Several viewable color marks are attached at an outer edge of the inner ring. The inner ring and the outer ring are made of different materials.
